Today we celebrate resilience and solidarity! We are delighted to announce that the KAIROS proposal to Global Affairs Canada for Women of Courage: Women Peace and Security, a five country, five year project led by grassroots women, has been fully approved. Many of you will know that this has been a long time coming–some might say almost eight years! And in all this time, KAIROS and our incredible partners have continued to do transformative work. Join us in expressing gratitude to the Government of Canada, and also to our tremendous global partners whose solidarity has never wavered. What a privilege to magnify and support the leadership of women who are transforming their lives and their countries—brave and hopeful work indeed. And great shout of thanks for all the friends who have supported us over the years! We continue to need your support as we raise the necessary 25% match to see this collaborative project through to fruition.
