The recording of the webinar is now available!

The next webinar is scheduled for April 14, 2020.

More details will be posted soon.

On Tuesday, April 14 at 3:00 pm Eastern, everyone is welcome to join Connie Sorio, Migrant Justice Program Coordinator, for an update on the situation facing migrant workers and undocumented persons during this unprecedent global crisis, including what you can do to help.

The link for Tuesday’s webinar is: https://zoom.us/j/912318461

This interactive webinar will provide migrant and vulnerable workers with information on some of the resources currently available to mitigate the impacts of the current situation. It will also explore ways to provide workers with assistance and accompaniment in navigating and accessing these resources, including how to apply for Employment Insurance and Social Assistance.

The webinar will also be an opportunity for temporary and vulnerable workers to enhance awareness and understanding about how they are being impacted by COVID-19. The hope is that even as we continue to practice social distancing and self-isolation, our compassion and commitment to caring for each other will become stronger, and will bring us closer to one another and the community.
