Campaign Training on Media Outreach
The months ahead will be critical in building political will to ensure that all children learn the history and contributions of Indigenous peoples in Canada. Media engagement will lend urgency to our call.
Please join the first of two webinars on reaching out to media on Thursday, January 28 at 1 pm ET. Led by KAIROS’ Media Coordinator, Cheryl McNamara, the first webinar will focus on letters to the editor. The second, on February 25, will cover op-eds and engaging editors and editorial boards.
Note that this is the 4th Thursday of the month. Two subsequent webinars are planned for the 4th Thursday of March and April specifically on the topic of Meetings with MLA/MPPs.
