On Saturday, June 8th 12PM Eastern Time, join Canadian Friends of Sabeel and local groups in your area during a nationwide live call with Gaza, to listen to the experiences of the Gazan people. This call will focus primarily on youth, looking at the situation around lack of opportunities, and challenges to youth health, as well as how to best provide solidarity to the Palestinians of Gaza.
The call will include two keynote speakers: Dr. Mahmoud Matar, who is the head of the limb reconstruction unit at Shifa Hospital; and Bolos Swelem, a dentistry student at Al Azhar University and a leader of the Arab Orthodox Scout group of Gaza.
