I am Nehiyaw, Cree First Nations from Goodfish Lake Nation, Alberta, and now live in Vancouver, BC. My journey has led me from theatre studies to public service to ministry, all rooted in a deep love for Indigenous communities, spirituality, and storytelling. I have worked as a public servant, union activist, and most recently as the National Executive Minister for Indigenous Ministries and Justice with The United Church of Canada. As a person of faith, I see my role as a storyteller and a voice for Indigenous peoples, sharing a path of self-love, community strength, and reverence for all of Creator’s creations. I am honoured to continue building strong networks through KAIROS for generations to come.
