The KAIROS Blanket Exercise is an interactive activity that explores Canada’s history of colonization and the lasting impact of it. In SK and treaty territories, thousands of people of all ages and a huge diversity of communities have participated in the KAIROS Blanket Exercise. Both Indigenous people and newcomers/ settlers will find parts of their story and our common history in this exercise—including history we were never taught.
