MIGRATION AND PRECARITY: FROM THE TEMPORARY FOREIGN WORKER PROGRAM TO UNDOCUMENTED STATUS

In partnership with Calgary Catholic Immigration Society (CCIS), the Health and Immigration Policies and Practices Research Program (HIPP) recently completed a study on the transition of temporary foreign workers to other statuses, including permanent resident, student and undocumented migrant status. 

The report presents findings of a 3-year mixed methods study about migration and precarity, policy implications, and strategies for moving forward.
