Alphonse PWEMBWE

Alphonse PWEMBWE is the Training Program and Institutional Strengthening Officer (and former Executive Secretary) at KAIROS women, peace and security partner, Héritiers de la Justice (Heirs of Justice) and ecumenical human rights civil society organization in South Kivu province in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (DR Congo) for the last 12 years.  Among other functions Alphonse serves on the Board of Directors of the Regional Council of Non-Governmental Development Organizations for South Kivu province (CRONGD) and has served as the General Secretary in charge of administration, budget and finance for the Université pour la Paix en Afrique in Bukavu, South Kivu.
