Join the Global Climate Strike online
This Friday, April 3, the Global Climate Strike is going virtual! At 12 pm (EDT), Fridays for Future Toronto will host a 2-hour online rally with performers, speakers and opportunities for group action. The rally will be livestreamed on Facebook and other social media platforms. Tune in to:
- Hear speakers and performers
- Participate in group actions such as tweeting elected officials and signing online petitions
- Learn songs and participate in “group” singing from your balconies, porches or windows
- Interact with others on Instagram, Twitter and more
Everyone is encouraged to make protest signs and post pictures of them online so we can create a virtual march.
