It’s been an honour for me to join in with this shared ministry over the past months as I stepped into the role of interim executive director with KAIROS. Some of you are volunteers, some of you are donors, some of you are advocates who send letters and sign petitions, and more. All of you are important to the work of KAIROS for peace and justice. KAIROS as a Stand-Alone Organization: After over 20 years under the administration of the United Church of Canada, KAIROS Canada is taking a momentous step forward by becoming a stand-alone organization with its own charitable status and ongoing ecumenical cooperation.
KAIROS Blanket Exercise’ New Model Rollout: Following extensive consultation, redesign, and infrastructure development, we are excited to announce the the rollout of the the KAIROS Blanket Exercise—a vital tool in building right relations with Indigenous peoples. Join us for more information.
