A public forum to remember the impact of war and colonization on women and girls. Speakers include: 

Lori Campbell Cree-Metis from Treaty 6 territory, Saskatchewan, and director of Shatitsirotha, the Waterloo Indigenous Student Centre, on gender and race

Carol Acton Associate Professor of English at St Jerome’s University, Winiversity of Waterloo on war and life-writing

Zaitun Hnin Pwint Phyu PhD student at York University, writer and storyteller of Rohingya refugees’ lives

Jennifer Henry Executive Director of KAIROS Canada on its Women, Peace and Security program with five global partners
