This event is part of a 16-day educational tour that coincides with the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence. The tour features representatives from the South Sudan Council of Churches’ National Women’s Programme, a KAIROS-funded partner, and will highlight the women, peace, and security work of KAIROS’ Women of Courage Program.

The tour is sponsored nationally by Amnesty International, the Africa Canada Forum, Development and Peace, the South Sudanese Women’s Federation and the Women, Peace and Security Network- Canada

Locally, the No Mas II Tour is sponsored by Lakehead University: Department of Athletics, Office of Aboriginal Initiatives, Human Rights and Equity, Women’s Studies and the Chair of Truth and Reconciliation, as well as the Lakehead University Student Union (LUSU), and Regional Multicultural Youth Centre.
