About the Training
This Blanket Exercise Facilitator Training is open to those who have previously experienced the KAIROS Blanket Exercise. In the training, we will discuss the various steps involved in preparing to facilitate the activity, which include: Compiling the necessary supplies; Ensuring the safety of participants and facilitators; Adapting to your context; Preparing for challenging scenarios; and Suggestions for follow-up.
