Energy Efficiency for Religious Buildings – KAIROS and
NRCan Partnership
KAIROS is beginning an exciting partnership with Natural Resources
Canada’s Office of Energy Efficiency. This initiative is designed
to educate and inform members of faith communities, especially those
with responsibility for buildings and properties, about specific
programs and opportunities they can access to reduce their GHG emissions.
The Energy Innovators Initiative (EII) is just one example of the
efforts now underway to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and meet
Canada’s obligations under the Kyoto Protocol.
